[origin: FR2919642A1] The device has a base (20) formed by assembling half-bases (36, 37) with central half-wings and transverse half-wings along a junction plane. Each half-base has concave recesses, where the depth of each half-base measured perpendicular to the junction plane is lower than the half of the width of a column (29) and a crossbar (31). The half-bases are fixed with the column and the crossbar by screws (40, 41) that are engaged in through bores (42, 43) provided in the central half-wings, where the bores are perpendicular to the junction plane.
