[origin: WO2008107755A1] A temperature adjustment mechanism has: a case (30) containing a power source (20) and a first heat transfer medium'(4) for cooling the power source (20) and integrated with or contacting a heat transfer portion; and a drive device (51) for delivering the first heat transfer medium (4) between the inside and the outside of the case (30). The drive device (51) delivers the first heat transfer medium (4) to the outside of the case (30) to establish a first state in which a layer (AS) of a second heat transfer medium is created in a region of the case (30) on the heat transfer portion side of the power source (20), and the drive device (51) delivers the first heat transfer medium to the inside of the case (30) to establish a second state in which at least a portion of the region of the case (30) is filled with the first heat transfer medium (4).
