Abstract (en)
The system (7) has main portion which is located in opening of plastic made hull. The main portion has propulsion and steering unit (9) which is turned about vertical axis (z) and fixed to the hull by mechanism (12) comprising predetermined fracture point. A stainless steel made protective plate (13) is arranged on hull in direction opposite to the direction of travel (F) and behind the propulsion and steering unit, for protecting hull when propulsion and steering unit is dislodged from hull.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Bootsantrieb, welcher in eine Öffnung eines Bootsrumpfes einsetzbar ist und eine um eine Hochachse (z) schwenkbare Vortriebs- und Steuereinheit (9) aufweist, welche durch Sollbruchstellen (12) rumpfseitig befestigt ist. Es wird vorgeschlagen, dass in achterlicher Richtung (entgegen der Fahrtrichtung F) hinter der Vortriebs- und Steuereinheit (9) eine Schutzplatte (13) am Bootsrumpf angeordnet ist.
