[origin: WO2009015403A1] An apparatus is described for fixing floating bodies (1), in particular boats, on a landing body (2) having at least two holding trees (5) which are fixed to respective fixing means (4) by means of fittings (3), which act as coupling elements, in each case at one end on the floating body (1) and at the other end on the landing body (2). In order to create advantageous conditions, it is proposed that at least one of the holding trees (5) be fixed to the respective fixing means in a rotationally fixed manner or in a rotationally sprung manner by means of the fitting (3) which acts as a coupling element, at least at one end about an at least approximately vertical axis (7), with an adjustable angular offset (a) which can be fixed.
