Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2009037399A2] The invention relates to a method for producing spores from fungal microorganisms on a solid medium (solid medium fermentation " FMS "), said solid medium comprising an absorbent solid support of low density and practically non-fermentable,impregnated with an appropriate culture medium for said microorganisms and comprising a suspension of spores of said microorganisms, characterised in comprising the application of a stress selected from a water stress, an oxygen stress or a temperature stress during the spore production phase. The invention further relates to the use of the spores obtained and/or the metabolites thereof in agriculture, chemistry and/or pharmaceuticals.
