Abstract (en)
The girdle has main legging parts (1, 2) provided for covering an arm or a leg and made of a primary fabric having elastic capacity to adopt the leg or arm. The primary fabric is a chain and woof type tissue, which has breaking elongation by traction of 20 percentages in both directions of a woof and a chain of the tissue. The primary fabric comprises extensible non-elastic fibers in majority and extensible elastic fibers e.g. nylon, in minority. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a hose including a proximal part provided with a maintaining unit (2) an upper body garment including tight-fitting sleeves forming a dressing girdle.

La gaine vestimentaire moulante comporte au moins une partie principale de gainage (1,2) qui est adaptée à gainer au moins partiellement le bras ou la jambe et qui est réalisée en une étoffe possédant une capacité élastique pour épouser ledit membre. Cette étoffe est un tissu du type à chaîne (20) et trame (21) qui présente un allongement à la rupture par traction d'au moins 20% dans au moins une direction et qui comporte majoritairement des fibres non élastiquement extensibles et minoritairement des fibres élastiquement extensibles.
