[origin: EP2174855A1] The armchair (1) has two seats (4) with a seat part (5) and backrest (6). The seat part of a graphical design is different from an adjacent seat part. The graphical design partially extends over an upper side of the seat part. The graphical design of the seat part and the backrest are equal to the seats. A safety bar (2) is arranged at a locking element, particularly a protective cover (3), which extends in a direction to a center of a front edge of the seat part in a closed position of the safety bar. An independent claim is included for an armchair-lift with the entry and exit areas.
