Abstract (en)

The timepiece has an escapement mechanism for driving a finishing gear-train of a watch movement that defines a reference plane, and a balancer (42) cooperating with the escapement mechanism. The balancer is mounted on a frame (28) that pivots around an axis (AA), where orientation of the frame relative to the axis depends on orientation of terrestrial gravitational force. The frame pivots around another axis with respect to a shaft (14), and a center of gravity of the frame and an assortment is located in the reference plane.

Pour pallier les effets de la force gravitationnelle terrestre sur la marche d'un mouvement de montre, la présente invention concerne une pièce d'horlogerie comprenant un mécanisme d'échappement destiné à entraîner un rouage de finissage d'un mouvement de montre qui définit un plan de référence, et un balancier coopérant avec ledit mécanisme d'échappement. Particulièrement, le balancier est monté dans un bâti (28, 60), ledit bâti pivotant autour d'un premier axe (AA, CC) par rapport au plan de référence, et en ce que l'orientation dudit bâti (28, 60) par rapport audit premier axe (AA, CC) est fonction de l'orientation de la force gravitationnelle terrestre.
