[origin: FR2918958A1] The device (1) has reservoirs (15, 16) for retaining a determined dose of dry sand (2), and a handle (12) forming a displacement unit with a rod, where the unit displaces the reservoirs between a reservoir filling position by gravity from a storage bin and a reservoir emptying position for discharge of the dose of sand by the gravity directly in a corresponding open, identical and parallelepiped package tray (5). Water supply units (25) are arranged for supplying each tray by the quantity of determined sea water (3). An independent claim is also included for a method for semi-automatically filling an open, identical and parallelepiped package tray with sand and sea water for packaging a living ship worm.
