Abstract (en)
A motor controller and a gain adjusting method for the motor controller capable of detecting an oscillation of a feedback loop and performing gain adjustment while updating a gain value of a control unit are provided. The motor controller includes an electric motor (1), an operation-amount detector (2), a control unit (3), a machine (5), a disturbance signal generator (10) which generates a sweep sine wave, a compensation-driving-force detector (11), a vibration calculator (12), an oscillation detector (13), a vibration storage (14), a simulated open-loop gain calculator (15), a gain changer (30), and an automatic gain changer (31), and detects an oscillation by processing a response signal in time series on the basis of a first threshold regarding to a magnitude of vibration and a second threshold regarding a frequency.
