Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2179804A1] The profiling machine is provided with the forming stations (2) for multi-stage forming of profiled workpiece in its longitudinal direction, where a section of forming stations consists of a frame (7) with two roll forming tools (3). One of the roll forming tools is mounted on the holders (8,10). The measuring devices (14,15) are provided for detecting the positions of section of the adjustable holders. The measuring devices are provided with multiple frames. An independent claim is included for a method for measurement of roll forming tools.
