Abstract (en)
The method involves producing a cross-wound bobbin (3) with a pivoting coil form (2) by a textile machine. A damping device is provided for damping coil form vibrations, where damping is provided by a magnetic action force between an electrical coil (7) and a ferromagnetic component (8). The coil form vibration is measured, so that the current running through the electric coil, is adjusted depending on the coil form vibration. An independent claim is included for a coil winder for a textile machine producing cross-wound bobbin with a coil form.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Spulvorrichtung (1) für eine Kreuzspulen herstellende Textilmaschine mit einem schwenkbar gelagerten Spulenrahmen (2) zum Halten einer Kreuzspule (3) sowie mit einer Dämpfungseinrichtung zum Dämpfen von Spulenrahmenschwingungen, wobei die Dämpfung durch die magnetische Kraftwirkung zwischen einer elektrischen Spule (7) und einem ferromagnetischen Bauteil (8) bewirkt wird. Ferner betrifft die Erfindung ein Verfahren zum Betreiben der Spulvorrichtung. Erfindungsgemäß wird der Strom (i) durch die Spule (7) fortlaufend in Abhängigkeit von der Spulenrahmenschwingung eingestellt. Vorteilhafterweise ist dazu ein Sensor (11) zur Schwingungsmessung am Spulenrahmen (2) angebracht.
