The steam generation device (10) has a blower, a heating unit and a blower box with an air control equipment. A drop unit is provided to bring water drop wise in an air stream generated by the blower. The blower, heating unit and drop unit are partially arranged in the blower box. A fan wheel of the blower, a heating rod of the heating unit and a drop outlet (40) of the drop device are arranged within the blower box. An independent claim is included for a mobile food cooking equipment and an equipment for keeping food warm with an inner chamber for receiving food.

Dampferzeugungsvorrichtung und mobiles Speisenwarmhalte- und Speisengargerät. Die Erfindung betrifft eine Dampferzeugungsvorrichtung für ein mobiles Speisenwarmhalte- und Speisengargerät mit einem Gebläse, einer Heizeinrichtung und einem Gebläsekasten mit Luftleiteinrichtungen. Erfindungsgemäß ist eine Tropfeinrichtung vorgesehen, um Wasser tropfenweise in einen vom Gebläse erzeugten Luftstrom einzubringen und das Gebläse, die Heizeinrichtung und die Tropfeinrichtung sind wenigstens teilweise in dem Gebläsekasten angeordnet.
