Abstract (en)
The method involves providing a partially amorphous material constituting an element of a timepiece, and forming the element by die-stamping at a temperature ranging between a glass transition temperature and a crystallization temperature. The element is cooled to solidify the element, and the element is recovered. The element is obtained by forming a preform with the material, placing the preform between matrices having inserts, and by exerting pressure on the preform using the matrices during a preset time to replicate shapes of the matrices on respective faces of the preform.

Il s'agit d'un procédé de réalisation d'un élément de pièce d'horlogerie. Ce procédé (1) comprend les étapes suivantes: a) se munir (A1) du matériau au moins partiellement amorphe constitutif de l'élément; b) réaliser (B2) ledit élément par matriçage à une température comprise entre sa température de transition vitreuse et sa température de cristallisation; c) refroidir (C) l'ensemble de sorte à solidifier ledit élément de montre; et d) récupérer (D) ledit élément.
