The training- or sport device has one or multiple kinematic converters which produce vibration movement from the movement sequence of the movement energy introduced by the muscle power of the trainee. One or multiple rollers (2) are provided for the movement sequence and the kinematic converters are in operative connection with the rollers. The kinematic converters are formed from the axle bearing element of the rollers.

Das Trainings- oder Sportgerät dient insbesondere zur Durchführung auch eines Vibrationstrainings. Es kann eingesetzt werden u.a. zum Aufbau von Muskel- und Knochengewebe und gegen bestehenden oder zur Prophylaxe bei zu erwartendem Knochen- und/oder Muskelschwund am menschlichen Körper. Hierfür sind ein oder mehrere kinematische Wandler vorgesehen, die aus dem Bewegungsablauf während des Trainings,bevorzugt durch Muskelkraft des Trainierenden aufgebrachte Bewegungsenergie eine Vibrationsbewegung erzeugen.
