Abstract (en)
The method involves forming a flat base structure (1) e.g. fiber (4) of warp thread (5) and of filling yarn (6), from a set of line shaped structures (3). The flat base structure is smoothened under the effect of pressure and heat. The flat base structure is partially formed from deformable threads (7), which have melting temperature or 160 to 220 degree centigrade. The deformable threads are formed from individual polymer of a polyester or copolymer of the polyester, individual polymer of polyamide or copolymer of polyamide, polyolefin or fluoropolymer.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Erzeugung einer Papiermaschinenbespannung mit einer glatten Oberfläche, insbesondere Siebband (2) aus einem textilen Flächengrundgebilde (1) welches aus linienförmigen Gebilden gebildet wird und unter Einwirkung von Druck und Wärme geglättet wird. Die Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das textile Flächengrundgebilde (1) wenigstens teilweise aus verformbaren Fäden (7) gebildet wird.
