Abstract (en)
The method involves applying and distributing a free-flowing polymer plastic (11) e.g. low-viscosity epoxide resin, on a prepared floor (2). The polymer plastic is automatically leveled by diffluence, and stone granulates (12) are applied on the unhardened polymer plastic. The stone granulates are sedimented in the polymer plastic, and the polymer plastic is hardened with the sediment contained stone granulates. Upper layers of the partially segmented stone granulates are ground to the polymer plastic with the sediment contained stone granulates until a plane closed surface (O) is formed. The polymer plastic comprises polyethylene fibers. The stone granulates comprise additives such as glass, metal, color plastic pellets and natural stone.
