[origin: WO2009017763A1] A multiple format label-free porous silicon based optical sensor. A first preferred embodiment provides a modular system that utilizes a micro-well based format, a single flow cell format and a multiple flow cell format. With each of these formats fluids containing bio-molecules within the pores of a porous silicon chip are optically analyzed to measure molecular interactions.
