[origin: WO2009086948A1] The invention relates to a dispenser device (1) for dispensing at least one active agent fluid into the rinsing water of a toilet bowl, and for air freshening the environment of the dispenser device (1), comprising a storage container (3), which is permanently connected to a distribution element (6) via the outlet opening (4) with the interposition of an arrangement preventing a free flow of the active agent fluid, and at least one functional chamber (7) for receiving a carrier material (18a, 18b) emitting a fragrance to the dispenser device (1), wherein the functional chamber (7) and the carrier material (18a,18b) are configured such that the rinsing water can enter the functional chamber (7), come in contact with at least part of the carrier material (18a, 18b), and exit the functional chamber (7) again, wherein the functional chamber (7) is configured such that the same substantially completely surrounds the carrier material (18a,18b), however, rinsing water may enter and exit from the functional chamber (7), the functional chamber (7) thus being flushed, however, the carrier material (18a,18b) being retained in the functional chamber (7) and gaseous emissions of the carrier material (18a, 18b) being releasable into environment from the functional chamber (7), and wherein the dispenser device (1) has at least one means (8), by means of which rinsing water is guided into the functional chamber (7) such that rinsing water flows through the functional chamber (7) with each activation of the rinsing water flow.
