Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2184148A1] The molded compartmentalized tank (101) comprises a bottom and a peripheral wall (105) and partitions (100) with fine and/or light material whose edges are sealed by molding the wall and the bottom of the tank to obtain a perfect seal between the compartments. The sealed edges have an anchoring unit. The anchoring unit has a dovetail shaped section (101), pear shaped section and/or T-shaped section, and is formed by perforations. The wall and/or bottom of the tank have high spots on their inner surface in place where the edges of the partitions are sealed by molding. The molded compartmentalized tank (101) comprises a bottom and a peripheral wall (105) and partitions (100) with fine and/or light material whose edges are sealed by molding the wall and the bottom of the tank to obtain a perfect seal between the compartments. The sealed edges have an anchoring unit. The anchoring unit has a dovetail shaped section (101), pear shaped section and/or T-shaped section, and is formed by perforations. The wall and/or bottom of the tank has high spots on their inner surface in place where the edges of the partitions are sealed by molding, and a vertical tapered section at the wider side of the bottom of the tank. The tank includes concrete, cement, polyester and other materials such as fibers, accelerators, waterproofing agent and/or polymer resins. The partitions are made of simple, complex and/or integrated materials, and form a cassette bioreactor. Independent claims are included for: (1) a method for compartmentalization of molded tank with a bottom and a peripheral wall; and (2) a wastewater purification station.
