[origin: EP2184244A2] The device has transport paths (T1, T2) forming a slope plane between a delivery position (6) of a to-be-wounded up material web roll (4) and a winding up position (5) and between the winding up position and a receiving position (7) for to-be-discharged reel (3). The transport paths are formed from a combined rolling in and winding up rail (8), which is adjusted at functional positions characterizing the transport paths. The rolling in and winding up rail is pivoted between the functional positions. The delivery and receiving positions are provided with respective rail systems.
