Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2184414A1] The gutter (10) has a drain pan (30) with a transmission band (31.1) in an upper region of the gutter for feeding a fluid from top to an outlet (33) through the drain pan. A sealing strip (36) and a movable frame (60) are provided at a rear side of the band opposite to a front side to make a watertight closure between the gutter and a wall (20). A foam body (35) is arranged below the gutter. A front part (35.3) of the body extends below a front flange (31.3). A connection unit (40) is provided for fixing an inclination plate (11.1) or a structural panel at the front part of the body. An independent claim is also included for a method for mounting a drain gutter in a wet area.
