Abstract (en)
The support (1) has axial segments (24) designed as a grid pipe structure (26) and casting parts (30), where the axial segments are welded with each other for forming a fixed structure. The grid pipe structure is provided with a sheet metal covering (28) at inner- and outer sides. The sheet metal covering is provided with cooling air holes. Material of the axial segments and/or the sheet metal covering is adapted to local thermal and mechanical loads during operation. Upper and lower segments are connected with each other by a flange.

Ein Leitschaufelträger (1), insbesondere für eine Gasturbine (101), der aus einer Anzahl von Axialsegmenten (24) besteht, soll unter Erhaltung der betrieblichen Sicherheit eine technisch einfachere Konstruktion und flexiblere Anpassung an das am Leitschaufelträger vorherrschende Temperaturprofil erlaubt. Dazu ist mindestens ein Axialsegment (24) als Gitterrohrstruktur (26) ausgelegt.
