[origin: EP2186439A2] The holder (1) has two stacking devices (3, 5) connected with a wall mounting device (2) for laying down of a bank (4) and a table (6), respectively. The stacking device (3) with the wall mounting device encloses the wall holder with a wall at an angle of less than or equal to 90 degree at a mounted state. The stacking device (5) comprises a holding element (5') for laying down of a table longitudinal edge (7) and another holding element (5'') for controlling tilting movement of the table. The element (5'') partially and laterally engages the table laid down on the element (5').
