[origin: EP2186600A1] The grinder has a drive shaft (6) mounted in a gear neck (5), and a concrete grinding wheel (8) detachably attached at the drive shaft and provided with a funnel-shaped extraction hood (9) that covers the concrete grinding wheel. The extraction hood is fastened in the region of a central opening of the gear neck by a holding device. The holding device has a height adjustment device (10) with which the extraction hood is height-adjustably directly or indirectly guided and fixed in an axial direction of the drive shaft with respect to the gear neck.
