Abstract (en)
A tip end side of an operation lever 4 turns up and down about a base end side and the operation lever 4 is provided between the base end side and the tip end side thereof with a pressing portion 441 for pressing a pressed portion 35 of movable binding rod elements 33 and 34 to restrain the binding rod 3 in closed states. The base end side and the tip end side of the operation lever 4 are disposed to straddle the pressed portion 35 and a turning center of the operation lever 4 is positioned far away, which reduces a turning angle of the operation lever 4.
