Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2186986A2] The panel has two panel parts are arranged in distance to each other. A hermetically sealed space is formed between the panel parts and filled with gas, air or gas mixture. A circular spacer (7) is connected to each panel part, and an infrared heating source heats the space, and includes an infrared LED. The circular spacer is arranged between the panel parts, and is fully or partially inserted at a preset position of the infrared heating source. A heat absorber is provided in the space, and is heated from an outside of the panel using UV radiation.
