Abstract (en)
The device has a side wall part with an opening, and cooking and pressure chambers accommodating cooking goods. An antenna (50) emits microwaves in the cooking chamber. A cover (41) is made of microwaves permeable material and covers the opening to protect the antenna from atmosphere in the cooking chamber such that the microwaves arrive in the cooking chamber through the cover. The wall part is incorporated by a rear wall, a cover, base surface and side walls that limit the cooking chamber. The cover extends parallel to the wall part over a part of a surface defined by the wall part.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Gargerät (1;53), umfassend: einen Innenraum (10,11;62,63), welcher zumindest einen Garraum (10;62) zur Aufnahme von Gargut umfasst, zumindest eine Wand oder ein Wandteil (8;60) mit zumindest einer Öffnung, zumindest eine Antenne (50;77) zur Abstrahlung von Mikrowellen in den Innenraum (10,11; 62,63) und eine Abdeckung (41;84) aus einem im Wesentlichen für Mikrowellen durchlässigen Material, die die Öffnung abdeckt (41;84), um die Antenne (50;77) vor der Atmosphäre in dem Innenraum (10,11;62,63) zu schützen, wobei die Mikrowellen durch die Abdeckung (41 ;84) in den Innenraum (10,11;62,63) gelangen, die Wand oder das Wandteil (8;60) von der den Innenraum (10,11;62,63) begrenzenden Wandung (2-8 ; 53 - 60) umfasst ist, und die Abdeckung (41;84) sich parallel zu der Wand oder dem Wandteil (8;60) über lediglich einen Teil der von der Wand oder dem Wandteil (8;60) definierten Fläche erstreckt.
