Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2009021805A1] The invention relates to a method and arrangement for generating a finished pulp suspension for producing a paper, cardboard, tissue, or other pulp web (9) by mixing at least one high-consistency flow (1) of newly prepared pulp and filler, and at least one low-consistency flow (2), preferably formed of white water, in a constant part of a machine for producing the pulp web (9). The effort for degassing and cleaning should be thereby reduced, in that the low-consistency flow (2) is fed through a degassing device (4) before mixing, a part of the degassed low-consistency flow (2) is mixed with the high-consistency flow (1) in a mixing device (5), such that a material density of between 2.1 and 2.5% results in the high-consistency flow (1), the mixed high-consistency flow (1) runs through at least one cleaning device (8), and the cleaned high-consistency (1) and the residual low-consistency (2) flows are mixed before and/or in a headbox (3) of the machine.
