Abstract (en)
The device (10) has a load arm (18) pushing a training unit from an initial position into a final position. An adjustable element e.g. adjustable seat (12), adjusts the training device to trainees. A lighting device (25) provides a set of information whether the adjustable element is provided in a position to the trainees and/or adviser such that the rotation movement is implemented. An axis of movement that is implemented by the trainees overlaps with an axis of the load arm and/or the training element in the position. The lighting device is formed as laser or LED.

Ein Trainingsgerät umfasst einen Lastarm bzw. ein Trainingselement zur Durchführung einer Trainingseinheit von einer Anfangsposition in eine Endposition, ein verstellbares Element zur Anpassung des Trainingsgeräts an einen Trainierenden, und eine Vorrichtung zur Erleichterung der Positionierung des verstellbaren Elements. Die Vorrichtung zur Erleichterung der Positionierung des verstellbaren Elements liefert dem Trainierenden und/oder einem Betreuer Informationen darüber, ob sich das verstellbare Element in einer Position befindet, bei der die gedachte Achse der vom Trainierenden durchzuführenden Bewegung mit der Achse des Lastarms bzw. des Trainingselements zusammenfällt, mittels dem die Bewegung durchgeführt wird.
