Abstract (en)
The cap (5) has an air outlet orifice i.e. air passage orifice (13), connected to an air director i.e. foldable injection-molded element, and generating a directed air jet. The air director is connected to the cap. The air director is attached to surface of the cap using a connection mechanism i.e. sliding guide. The air director is pushed through a central recess (10) in the cap. The connection mechanism makes positive connection i.e. latching connection, with the air cap. Individual molded halves are connected together using a film hinge. An independent claim is also included for a method for producing an air cap.

Es wird eine Luftkappe (5) für die Erzeugung eines Luftstroms mit einer zerstäubten Flüssigkeit vorgeschlagen, wobei die Flüssigkeit über eine Flüssigkeitsdüse (12), vorzugsweise mit Nadelventil im Bereich einer Luftaustrittsöffnung der Luftkappe (5) zerstäubt wird und die Luftkappe (5) mindestens eine weitere Luftaustrittsöffnung (13) umfasst, die mindestens einem nachgeschalteten Luftrichter (6,6a) in Verbindung steht und einen gerichteten Luftstrahl ausbildet. Erfindungsgemäß ist der Luftrichter (6,6a) als separates Element hergestellt, insbesondere ausgeformt ist und mit der Luftkappe verbindbar ist.
