Abstract (en)

The profile (10) has separators (22, 23) with a material attenuation, where the separators are arranged in a foam layer e.g. polyethylene foam, as a tear off aid. The separators are formed as perforation in the foam layer. A knuckle line (21) runs into a center of the profile toward a longitudinal axis of the profile. One of the separators (22) runs perpendicular to the longitudinal axis, and the other separators (23) runs inclined to the longitudinal axis. The profile has a thickness of 1 to 10 millimeters.

Abstract (de)

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Kantenschutzprofil (10) mit einer (optionalen) Kleberschicht und einer darauf angeordneten Schaumstoffschicht, wobei in der Schaumstoffschicht mindestens eine Trennlinie (22, 23) als Abreißhilfe vorgesehen ist. Insbesondere können schräg zur Längsachse des Kantenschutzprofils verlaufende Trennlinien (23) vorgesehen sein, welche dreieckige Ausreißabschnitte begrenzen. Nach Entfernung derartiger Ausreißabschnitte kann das Kantenschutzprofil um die Ecke eines Gegenstands (1) geklebt werden.
