[origin: EP2189392A1] The profile (10) has separators (22, 23) with a material attenuation, where the separators are arranged in a foam layer e.g. polyethylene foam, as a tear off aid. The separators are formed as perforation in the foam layer. A knuckle line (21) runs into a center of the profile toward a longitudinal axis of the profile. One of the separators (22) runs perpendicular to the longitudinal axis, and the other separators (23) runs inclined to the longitudinal axis. The profile has a thickness of 1 to 10 millimeters.
