Abstract (en)
The method involves compressing and smoothing a web (8) with 10 t0 20 percentage inlet moisture content in a roller clearance. The web is dried and/or cooled and rolled. The web in the roller clearance is dried by making contact with a heated cylinder (7) using a drying device (4). The web is pressed by a pressing device (11) over a loop angle larger than 120 degree to the cylinder during a drying process, where the web runs at speed above 1000 m/minutes. The web is subjected with a stretching load of about 300 nm. An independent claim is also included for a device for processing a release base paper.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Veredelung von Trennrohpapieren, wobei eine Bahn (8) mit 10 bis 20% Einlauf-Feuchtigkeitgehalt in wenigstens einem Walzenspalt (16) verdichtet und geglättet, im weiteren Verlauf getrocknet, ggf. gekühlt und schließlich aufgewickelt wird. Um die Produktivität zu steigern, wird die Bahn (8) nach dem wenigstens einen Walzenspalt (16) durch Kontakt mit wenigstens einem beheizten Zylinder (7) getrocknet.
