Abstract (en)

A device for automatic opening and closing of doors and gates comprising an electric motor (1), an electronic control unit (2) arranged to be connected to the electric motor (1) through a supply line (3), at least one position sensor (FC1, FC2, FC3, FC4), and a conversion unit (5), arranged to be set in series on the supply line (3) between the electric motor (1) and the electronic control unit (2), said conversion unit (5) being arranged to receive at input a position signal (S1, S2, S3, S4) coming from said at least one position sensor (FC1, FC2, FC3, FC4) and to interrupt at least temporarily the current in the electric motor (1) in response to the position signal (S1, S2, S3, S4) coming from said at least one position sensor (FC1, FC2, FC3, FC4).
