[origin: WO2009033850A2] The invention relates to a device for carrying out a washing process, utilizing a washing fluid (9) in a machine, comprising a table top (1) disposed in a lower region of the machine, wherein the table top (1) has a horizontal or slightly inclined surface, and wherein at least one drain opening (7) is configured in the table top (1), a washing unit for washing the machine using a washing liquid, and a nozzle unit (3) comprising at least one nozzle (4) directed at the table top (1), from which a pressurized gas (8) can be blown out such that the gas is directed at the table top (1) in order to blow any washing liquid (9) present on the table top (1) toward the drain opening (7).
