[origin: WO2009040295A1] The invention relates to an internal tubal dosing feeder having a piston that can also be inserted in the neck of bottles made of plastic for dispensing a very particular, defined amount of creme when a tube is squeezed, wherein the creme or paste can be cosmetic, medical, technical, or other types. To this end, a dosing sleeve (4) is disposed in the neck (1) of a tube (2) or bottle (3), an outer transverse opening (6) being made in the front end (5) thereof and opening in a ring chamber (7, 31) between the dosing sleeve (4) and the neck (1). At least one internal transverse opening (10) is made in the rear end (9) of the dosing sleeve (4), extending into the internal space (11) of the tube (2) or bottle (3). An external piston (12) having a piston rod (13) directed toward the internal space (11) and displaceable by a compression and/or tension spring (19) is displaceably disposed in the dosing sleeve (4). The bore (14) of an internal piston (15) is displaceable back and forth on the piston rod (13') between two stops (16, 17), up to a defined distance (A=H) to each other, thereby exactly defining the dosing volume.
