Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2009033655A1] The invention relates to a device for the continuous separation of stacks of loose sheet products, particularly of bank notes, coupons, checks, separating cards, and the like. The invention is based on the realization that in a device for the continuous separation of loose sheet products (BN), having a separator (5) for separating stacks of loose sheet products and a feed device (2, 3) moving the loose sheet product to be separated into a position in which the sheet product is picked up by the separator and transferred to a transport system, wherein the feed device has a first substantially uniaxially moved feed element and a second substantially multiaxially moved feed element, a region for receiving a sheet product to be separated is provided, said region being partitioned into a first sub-region (9) and a second sub-region (8), wherein the first and the second sub-regions abut each other, and the second sub-region forms an input region for the input of the sheet product to be separated.
