[origin: WO2009043336A1] The invention relates to a connection for floor panels comprising a tongue-and-groove connection (14, 16) along their longitudinal or transverse edges and a horizontal interlocking mechanism (32, 62). According to the invention, a guide projection (36) is formed at least on one transversal or longitudinal edge of a floor panel, along which two floor panels that are to be interconnected can be pre-adjusted in an intermediate position.
