Abstract (en)
[origin: WO2009037408A2] The invention relates to a method for estimating the temperature of a gas pressure sensor attached to a wall of a turbocharged motor vehicle diesel engine, said sensor being positioned upstream of the turbine of the turbocharger. According to the invention, the temperature of the gas pressure sensor is estimated at least by measuring the temperature of the external air and the temperature of the wall to which the sensor is attached.
