[origin: WO2008141746A1] The invention relates to a microwave oven that is to be incorporated into a vending machine. Said microwave oven comprises a cooking chamber that is swiveled from a position in which the same is open at the top and the material to be heated is loaded thereinto, into a laterally oriented low position in which the material located in the cooking chamber is heated. The heated material is finally discharged by further swiveling the cooking chamber into a downward oriented position.
