Chambers (15a, 15b) are provided inside the column, where the channel is connected to the recess. The recess is closable by a cover. The cover includes a rotation covering (23), which is arranged in a circumferential direction around a rotational axis (27) between a closing position and an opening position in a twistable manner. The rotational axis lies offset to the rotation covering. The wall includes an extrusion part.
