Abstract (en)
The board has 50 weight percent of cellulosic fibers and/or chippings, and 0.1 to 50 weight percent of effect particles distributed on the entire board based on total weight of the board. 5 weight percent of effect particles have thickness greater than 1 mm in two-dimensions in a fiber board. The effect particles in a flake board and an oriented strand board are not made of wood or wood parts. 0.1 weight percent of adhesive agent is provided based on the total weight. The effect particles are selected from a group of organic and inorganic materials. The effect particles are selected from a group consisting of parts of biennial plants, cattle, cork, leaves, chipped wood, hemp-kenaf fibers, peduncle, seeds, corn, textile remains, paper, superabsorber, hair, feather, sea shell, glass fibers, calcined or non-calcined mica, packing material, film, plastic granulate, and pyrite. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a wooden board.

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft Holzwerkstoffplatte mit Effektteilchen, die mindestens 50 Gew.-% cellulosehaltige Fasern und/oder Späne und 0,1 bis 50 Gew.-% in der gesamten Holzwerkstoffplatte verteilte Effektteilchen, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Holzwerkstoffplatte, enthalten, wobei in Faserplatten mindestens 5 Gew.-% der Effektteilchen in mindestens zwei Dimensionen größer als 1 mm sind und in Spanplatten und OSB-Platten die Effektteilchen nicht aus Holz oder Holzteilen ausgewählt sind.
