[origin: EP2193852A1] The device has a blocking device (30) for restricting movement of an actuation handle (20) relative to a housing. The blocking device comprises a blocking handle (40) movable in a defined blocking handle direction differing from a ratchet direction, in response to manual application of force. The blocking handle is coupled to a ratchet (50) through a thrust member (62). The thrust member is articulated to the blocking handle and the ratchet, such that the ratchet is moved from a blocking position into a release position and/or vice versa upon application of force to the blocking handle.
