[origin: EP2194200A2] The connection piece (1) has a stop element (5) fastened on a wall and a holding element (6) fixed on the component (2). The stop element has a protruding structure (5e) facing away from the wall in an installed condition and the holding element has one side open. An independent claim is included for a method for horizontal attachment of a platform shaped component at a wall, particularly building exterior wall.
