Abstract (en)

The profiled strip has a reinforced area formed by folding a section (3) of a base strip (1), where the profiled strip is made of wooden material, and the folded section is pasted at a side surface (7) of the base strip. The folded section is connected with the base strip by a thin material bar (4) that acts as a screw, and the side surface of the base strip is reinforced with an adhesive foil or an adhesive strip (21) in the area of the material bar, where the base strip is made of completely wood or wood fiber material e.g. medium density fiberboard material. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a profiled strip.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Profilleiste und ein Verfahren zu deren Herstellung aus einer Basisleiste (1) gekennzeichnet durch die Schritte: a) Herstellen zumindest eines Abschnitts (3) der Basisleiste (1), der über einen dünnen Materialsteg (4) längs des Profils mit der Basisleiste verbunden bleibt; b) Umklappen des Abschnitts (3) entlang des Materialstegs (4); und c) Festkleben des Abschnitts (3) an einer der Seitenflächen (7) der Basisleiste (1) zur Herstellung eines im Querschnitt verstärkten Bereichs der Profilleiste.
