The device has a sub-system (1), a cable-connected sensor or actuator (12) and an electrical power supply. The sub-system consists of a data acquisition- and control unit (6), a microcontroller (7), a transmitting- and receiving unit (8) and an antenna (5). A wireless connection is present for the transmission of measurement or control data from the sub-system to a control system or to another sub-system. An energy producing module is provided for energy supply. A non-electric energy source is used for energy production. An independent claim is also included for a method for recording or regulating and for transmitting measurement- or control data in a machine or production system to a control system.

Erfindungsgemäß wird eine Vorrichtung zur Erfassung und/oder Regelung und zum Übermittlung von Mess- und/oder Regeldaten, in einer Maschine oder Produktionsanlage zu einem Leitsystem, mit mind. einem Teilsystem, mit mind. einem angeschlossenen Sensor und/oder Aktuator und einer Energieversorgung vorgeschlagen. Wobei das Teilsystem aus mindestens einer Datenerfassungs- und/oder Ansteuerungseinheit, einem Microcontroler, einer Sende- und Empfangseinheit und einer Antenne besteht. Für die Übermittlung der Mess- und/oder Regeldaten vom Teilsystem zum Leitsystem und/oder einem anderen Teilsystem ist eine drahtlose Verbindung vorhanden und die Energieversorgung erfolgt durch eine nichtelektrische Energiequelle. Vorzugsweise ist die nichtelektrische Energiequelle ein thermoelektrischer Generator.
