The earpiece adapter (1) has a spherical section (2), a conical section (3) which is formed at the end facing an ear mold and tapers towards the ear mold. The conical section is formed such that it forms a stop at the tilting of the earpiece adapter in the ear mold. The earpiece adapter is rotation symmetrically formed. An independent claim is also included for an ear mold with an adapter element.

Die Erfindung gibt einen Hörerstutzen (1) zum Einschnappen in ein Ohrpassstück (10) mit einem kugelförmigen Abschnitt (2) und mit einen konusförmigen Abschnitt (3) an, der an dem dem Ohrpassstück (10) zugewandeten Ende ausgebildet ist und der sich zum Ohrpassstück (10) hin verjüngt. Das Ohrpassstück (10) umfasst ein im Ohrpassstück (10) fest angeordnetes Adapterelement (7), in das der Hörerstutzen (1) lösbar fest steckbar ist. Das Adapterelement (7) weist eine umlaufende, wulstförmige Vertiefung (4) auf, mit der der kugelförmige Abschnitt (2) des Hörerstutzens einen Formschluss bilden kann, so dass der Hörerstutzen (1) im Adapterelement (7) verkippbar bzw. auslenkbar gelagert ist. Des Weiteren beansprucht die Erfindung die Verwendung eines Thermoplasts mit ausgewählten Eigenschaften für die Herstellung des Adapterelements (7). Vorteilhaft ist die sichere und langlebige Schnappverbindung zwischen einem Hörerstutzen (1) und einem Ohrpassstück (10).
