Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2009044052A2] Said installation (16) comprises a transport duct (34) at least partly submerged in an expanse of water (14), a device (65, 48) for conveying fluid between the tanker (12) and the duct (34) and a floating quay (42) for tying up the tanker (12). The quay (42) has a support structure (60) partially submerged in the expanse of water (14). The support structure (60) has an open trellis (66), defining internal volumes (68) for circulation of water opening out into the expanse of water (14). The floating quay (12) further comprises flexible anchoring lines (64) for the support structure (60) on the bed (20) of the expanse of water (14). The ratio of the volume of the internal volumes (68) to the sum of the volume of the open trellis (66) and the volume of the internal volumes (68) is greater than 09.
