[origin: WO2009030591A1] The invention relates to a calender (1) having a roller stack comprising at least three rollers, that is to say two end rollers (3, 4) and at least one intermediate roller (5) supported on the journals of said rollers in a bearing device, and having at least one oscillation sensor arrangement (12). In such a calender, it is desirable for oscillations to be minimized. To this end, the invention provides for the oscillation sensor arrangement (12) to be disposed in one of the rollers (5) and to be connected via a transfer device (17, 19) to an actuator arrangement (21, 22) that acts upon the intermediate roller (5) from the outside.
